Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Most orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Processing & Transit Time
Transit time begins once your package has officially left the shipping carrier’s facility and does not include weekends or holidays.
Please allow up to 24 business hours for order processing before your package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Typical Order Processing Timeline
Day 1 — Order Placement
Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST on business days are likely to be picked up by the carrier the same day.
Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed and packages may be shipped the following business day instead.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM EST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Next Business Day — Transit Begins
Your package receives its first transit scan and officially begins its route to its final destination.
Please note that “pickup scans” are not considered part of transit time.
Packages only move during business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping transit timelines.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control. Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods or holidays.
